the svg on github pages for the axiol bot isn't loading.

Format code with black

Some files such as https://github.com/GitBolt/axiol/blob/master/axiol/bot.py are unformatted and have blank lines at the start of the file.
By formatting the code with https://github.com/psf/black, code quality and readability increases
