Warning: [path] bad path element "%CLASSPATH%": no such file or directory in Atom while running java programming

I'm facing problems in atom only. It run clearly on VS code but in Atom shows the above problem.

I have atom installed, yet when I run git commit I get:
error: cannot run atom: No such file or directory
error: unable to start editor 'atom'
