Stanford guide links are broken

Describe the bug
The links to Stanford Design Thinking Guide and Design Thinking model are broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://lmkeston.github.io/empathy-dev/five-phases/
2. Click on 'Stanford’s Design Thinking Model' or 'Stanford Design Thinking Process Guide '
3. Link does not open

Expected behavior
Open expected Pdfs

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Mi Notebook 14
• OS: Windows 10
• Browser : Edge
• Version : 93.0.961.47 (Official build) (64-bit)

Additional context
Stanford site seems to have moved to a new domain. I have found other working links to it.

I would like to fix this issue.

Final site contents don't contain toolkit

When I finished, this was the result. This happened because README.md contained a Learning Lab template, not a customized landing page with links to the resources.

I recommend either (a) updating the master branch on the template repo to have all the proper links that the learner will later add via PRs, or (b) introducing a new README.md in the final PR with links to all the toolkit files.

For reference, here's the Innersource README.md on the template repo. It contains links to files that don't exist, but that we expect the learner to add as they join the course.

GitHub Pages site doesn't show

After enabling GitHub Pages, the site doesn't show up. I'm not sure how to fix this, but @lmkeston if you need or want help digging into it, let me know. 👍

Step 5: pull reqeuest doesn't contain changes

Hello @lmkeston! 👋

I am going through the course (version 29.0) and have run into a small roadbump. For step 5, when I'm looking to review the pull request, the pull request doesn't actually show any files changed. You can see it here.

My guess is this is some git stuff going on in the template repository. You may already be aware of this, and of how to fix it, but if not and you'd like a sounding board while you work through the git portion, let me know! 👍

Approval and merging workflow

There is some feedback on the community forum about the PR approval process being difficult to follow for this course.
