Allow dynamic repositories when no local .git folder is available about gitversion

@andreasohlund @nulltoken I think this is worth considering.

we already need to do a fetch to support TeamCity. so it would seem fair to support a more low level "clone the way we need it" for build servers that dont provide a "checkout on agent" option.

LibGit2Sharp v0.15 will be released shortly. It should ease this kind of scenarios with new Fetch() overloads accepting temporary (ie. which won't be stored in the config) fetch refspecs.
