Invalidate CloudFront cache on rebuild

Add some after_deploy wizardry to .travis.yml so that the Cloudfront cache is invalidated on:

/blog
/blog/
/blog/index.html

Currently, a new post doesn't show up at the top of /blog unless I go into the AWS Console and invalidate the cache.

Add contact form

Move navbar icons logic to pelicanconf.py

Don't hard code into the templates

IPyNB output shows in front of navbar when scrolling

Remove cell numbering from posts that use IPython Notebook

So that code and output are centered.

Make Mailchimp form not look like crap

Probably a good idea to make sure the RSS to Email is actually working. Pretty sure it isn't.
