Add libglew-dev to list of dependencies?

Hi,

On Linux (Ubuntu 14.04) I needed an additional library, which wasn't installed and wasn't mentioned in the README:
libglew-dev
Maybe you want to add that to the dependencies?

Hi, I was able to integrate this widget into my code - it still works very well, so thank you for that!

As I want to distribute the Project at some point, I'd like to ask if there is some sort of License?
Or do you put this into the public domain?

Edit: Of course, no matter the license, I will give credit where credit is due...
