PHP 8.2 errors with robo commands
We need to :
- Update robo to version 4.x
- OR remove robo dependency, rewrite our commands in a custom tool, based on
symfony/console, for examplewp-cubi-cli

Allow blank database password during installation
When running the installer on the command line, it doesn't allow a blank database password.
PHP 8.1 (and 8.2) notice in WordPress core
