Finish CLI placeholders

Test and finish creating the placeholders on task.py and routine.py found in the cli branch

Add contributing section on README

I believe the contributing section should have

• Instructions on how to correctly get an issue
• What to put in PRs (make an individual pull request for each suggestion)
• How to name PRs (the pull request and commit should have a useful title)
• Check your spelling and grammar.
• Add your nick to CONTRIBUTORS.md

Add anything else you judge important

Add routine and task documentation

The files with code regarding routines and tasks is in the cli branch.

Routines are lists of tasks with additional information (only description and total time so far)

Each task has its own description and the time one has to complete it.

Routines end when their last task ends, a task ends when it is marked as finished or the time to complete it runs out.

Write installation guide on README.md

Maybe alter the project to use a requirements.txt rather than pipenv for dependencies

Design UI windows

Write contribution guidelines on README.md
