Would be great if you could get CSF/LFD working from webmin under DSM 6.2 and up,
but I realize it would have to replace (or delete) iptables' system internals of synology's setup.
Frankly, I don't understand why Synology didn't just pick CSF/LFD to use for their iptables wrapper. Most of it is GPL/GNU anyway, and you can't get it much better than that, for a NAS, i.m.o.

Webmin can no more installed and run on DSM7

Staring with DSM7 third party packaes need special privilegs to be installed and run as root.
As webmin must run as root it's currently not possible to install Webmin on DSM7!

Nevertheless you can at least start Webmin if it was installed before upgrading to DSM7:

# open a terminal and ssh to your nas and login as admin
> ssh admin@yournas
Password: xxxxx
admin@yournas> sudo /var/packages/webmin/target/etc/start
Password: 
Starting Webmin server in /var/packages/webmin/target/webmin
admin@yournas> exit
logout
Connection to nas closed.
