bug: Not working in multiplayer

Description

Blood splatters aren't spawning for clients, only the server. This is due to the projectile being null/not replicated on clients when a character is wounded, which is needed to calculate the splatter transform.

Possible Solutions

• Have the server be the authority on blood splatter spawning/hit handling, and have the server replicate the splatters to clients. This would add networking overhead however.
• Find another way to get projectile or hit info. We only need to know the hit position, projectile normal, and projectile/damage type to determine the splatter transform. This would allow the mod to be entirely clientside and not require networking.
