Pls add the plotly based disagg 3d barchart backedn into this repo, deTox it and add some basic high-level test coverage.

done when

• user can run the local plotly show () from a CLI click script.
• add an end-to-end pytest test... but with a cut down data set so it's fast enough for tests.
• check test against a known-good json output.
