Ace defaults to hijacking cmd + l as a "goto line number" feature. This masks the native browser behavior of acquiring the URL bar. We should unregister the listener in Ace, since no one is likely to write enough code for direct line jumping to be useful, and since stypi got backlash for this on HN when we launched.

Toggling the editor full size doesn't resize ACE until you resize the window.

1. Join a markdown room
2. Double join the same room (open another browser window, or tab, but not incognito, so that goinstant sees it as the same session)
3. Have the later joiner leave

Bug: Late joiner's remote cursor does not disappear from original joiner; it is stuck in place.

This is not a bug for different session id's; just when the same session id has joined multiple times.
