Formatting and ordering
There are a couple of visual issues with the current output of the bot, the main one being the poor formatting, secondly the fact that some emoticon replace the comment count output, also it seems like after n number of links the rest are just ignored by HipChat, for instance:
Besides that, I think ordering the news by point would be a nice touch
