Pulls data from a Jira instance using the Rest API, and saves it to another 
database.
Allows the access of Jira data in a known stable format. Useful for if you're 
not comfortable relying on reading Jira's database directly, or you are unable to 
get direct read access to the Jira database, but can expose the Rest API.

Running Instructions:

Rename example-config.properties to config.properties, change 
to suit your environment. Must be in the current directory.

usage: java -jar <jarfile>
 -D <property=value>      use value for given property
    --forever             Will continue polling Jira and syncing forever
 -h,--help                print this message
    --project <PROJECT>   Only sync Jira project PROJECT
    --test-jira           Test the connection to Jira and print the
                          results
