We could have a "key" component, and "lost key" is what people could get fine for the "key" component
from project-phoenix.
How are to make this differentiation? One way:
- Any charge to specific components is a fine (i.e: If a charge is added to the Lost Key Component, then it is actually a fine).
- Everything else is a charge.
Thoughts?

Update: A component is a fine when it's description says "Fine". This is more straightforward.

Well, a Fine
is a different entity than a RoomComponent
. So I don't think we want to start saying "a component is a fine."

Hmmm, what can we call them then? They are not room furniture, but are still components of the rci. Maybe "Penalties"? or "RciPenalties"? These names will not be visible to the user, they are just for the system to differentiate between the two. Maybe "RciThingymajigs"?

What about improper checkout? Is there a way we can make it a normal component? Maybe its ok if it is the odd one out.
I'm down with making "Key a component"! Sounds like an amazing idea.
