Almost...we can discuss it during the meeting.
The first paragraph of the emails fine says:

At the bottom of the "Room Condition Inventory" (R.C.I.) sheet is the following statement:

**Check-out is not completed until the Resident Director has signed the Room Condition Inventory. Resident Directors may assess fines for damages not recorded by the R.A.

Ohh TRUE. So we should add this to the resident's signature on checkout? And change the email wording to say "At the bottom of the screen where you signed your Online RCI was the following statement:..."
Or something like that?

❌ Nothing will be changed on this front for now. Wording will be left as-is
