Implement coil collision detection so the coil can't go into the mesh

Long term goal, probably would be a separate popout GUI

Add controls to switch between camera zoom and the current type of zoom so that it doesn't look weird.

The ability to be able to import custom coil designs was requested. They mentioned that a separate GUI for actually designing the coil would be great but ill put that in a different issue under long term goal tag.

A GUI for actually designing coils was requested. So probably have it either import directly to the main GUI or the ability to export the coil to a file.

This would be good for batch processing of data for doctors or research professionals and apparently some people would prefer to use a CLI version.

I think it would be easier to create a CLI version and then work backwards to a GUI afterwards anyways.

Redesign GUI to reduce clutter

Will require alot of changes and new scripts to deconstruct the nifty data and extract the necessary info and then probably the ability to convert the 2D slices to a 3D mesh STL or something.

Ability to pick a point on the brain and have the program automatically figure out the best coil placement to stimulate that point of the brain.

Could be exported to a CSV or some type of similar file perhaps? Maybe there is an industry standard file format and layout.

Create/implement some sort of option to allow the coil to automatically be rotated from any position so that it's vector to the brain is tangential to the outer surface of the brain (with some sort of averaging mechanism so that it doesn't go all over the place based on individual triangle/facet orientation on the mesh.

Change from meters to centimeters

ie. put it behind a menu selection or something. Make it so the user has to go and actually find the transformation matrix so they wont just play around with it and screw it up
