Wwma needs a standardized output system that handles both interactive mode (action launched via a command line) and piped mode.

This will mainly serve 3 points:

1. Debugging during development
2. Nice output for user
3. To make Wwma more scriptable, because in the future it will have hand made machines (really not for now)

This system will have to take into account several cases:

- The level of verbosity:
  - `DEBUG` : to give a maximum of information to the developer(s)
  - `INFO` : to give useful but dispensable information
  - `DEFAULT` : to write on the standard output what must be written (example: `wwwa backlight list` must return a list of devices in output)
  - `WARNING` : to report a non-blocking problem
  - `ERROR`: to report an error
- the `quiet` flag should disable everything except `DEFAULT`
- the `color` flag should implement
- the execution environment (if it is executed in a terminal, pipe, ect...)
- the terminal execution environment should take into account some parameters like the window size or the default color usage

This functionality will be a global logger.
