Map not filtering

When a checkbox is marked, the site fails to filter resource sites and causes the demographic map layer to be hidden.
Checkbox options generated from Type column on this fusion table https://www.google.com/fusiontables/DataSource?snapid=S51080177X6

I'm not sure why it isn't filtering

Adding CTA lines

One of the things I'd like to add is a CTA rail-map to overlay on top of this map. This would help show if resources run along CTA lines. I'm pretty sure there is a string of resources along the red line, but need to put it on the map to be sure.
