PDFHelper.ToText only works with current working Folder.

We wanted to control the path of file. Works locally with any path, When deployed on Server, We get File not found exception Some Guid.txt.

using in vb.net after using nuget to install:
Imports XpdfNet
Dim pdfHelper As XpdfHelper = New XpdfHelper()
Dim intext As String = pdfHelper.ToText("C:\pdftest.pdf")

I can find no way to enter parameters like -lineprinter that the command line xpdftotext.exe will take. Is there anyway to do the same as:

xpdftotext.exe -lineprinter "c:\pdftest.pdf"

Having this error whenever I attempt to install the latest version

Error downloading 'XpdfNet.1.0.7' from 'https://api.nuget.org/v3flatcontainer/xpdfnet/1.0.7/xpdfnet.1.0.7.nupkg'. Access to the path 'C:\Users\<user name>\.nuget\packages\xpdfnet\1.0.7\build' is denied.

However 1.0.6 does install correctly
