Keeping notes here:

• Change the package name to eslint-config-boss. I'm the boss!
• Split up configuration into different versions, es5 and es6, defaulting to latest version.

Some things to consider:

• Add rules for disabling certain Array.prototype methods added in ES5, prefer for/while.
• Add rule for no .apply or .bind, main reason is that it's difficult or impossible to optimize. .call is acceptable though.
• Remove ES6 rules and avoid it altogether.

Idea: this package could be deprecated in favor of an eslint-config-es4 which would be a subset of ES5.
