@CompileStatic still not working as expected

I have updated the Person domain class as follows:

 package demo

 import grails.compiler.GrailsCompileStatic

 @GrailsCompileStatic
 class Person {
    String name
    boolean active
    
	static constraints = {
        name nullable:false, blank:false, maxSize:50
     }
 }

... and got the expected error:

 [ant:groovyc] org.codehaus.groovy.control.MultipleCompilationErrorsException: startup failed:
/home/pieter/src/test/grails-code-coverage/complete/grails-app/domain/demo/Person.groovy: 11: [Static type checking] - Cannot find matching method demo.Person#name(java.util.LinkedHashMap <java.lang.String, java.io.Serializable>). Please check if the declared type is correct and if the method exists.
 @ line 11, column 9.
           name nullable:false, blank:false, maxSize:50
           ^

I tried to implement the solution suggested by @sbglasius here: https://github.com/bmuschko/gradle-clover-plugin/issues/127#issuecomment-465526668, but I could not get it working - it does not seem to run myConfigScript.groovy

    compiler {
        additionalGroovycOpts = [configscript: '/home/pieter/src/test/grails-code-coverage/complete/src/main/myConfigScript.groovy']
     }

... which contains:

 withConfig(configuration) {
    inline(phase: 'CONVERSION') { source, context, classNode ->
        source.ast.unit.classes.each { clazz ->
            println "Fixing $clazz.name"
            clazz.annotations.removeAll { annotation -> annotation.classNode.name in ['CompileStatic', 'TypeChecked'] }
        }
    }
 }
