make custom color themes for vscode with the bright eyes tool

in addition to being the name of the greatest band, bright eyes is the name of a project i'm developing to solve the problem of developing themes for text editors, starting first with a few top languages for vscode.

  • different color selector []
  • expand to more text editors []
