为了保证 Tbo 正常运行，建议安装到符合以下条件的环境

  1. 滋辞 PDO
  2. 滋辞 pathinfo
  3. 滋辞 https（强烈建议使用 Let's Encrypt）
  4. PHP >= 5.4
  5. 确保服务器能够访问到 Telegram（所以就不要使用国内的服务器了）
  6. Config 目录拥有写权限
