When Phone is waking up from sleep -> check if connection is available, else wait until is.
Causes error and Gmusicbrowser not controllable anymore.

On Ubuntu 16.04, I installed nodejs and nodejs-legacy (apparently required to provide node).

Started the app, and the interface is shown at localhost:3000. The current song is displayed, but none of the buttons seem to do anything. They get blue when clicked, but don't do anything to the running gmusicbrowser.

In gmusicbrowser, I enabled both MPRIS v1 and MPRIS v2 plugins and restarted it.

Improve search -> search behaviour like Gmusicbrowser

For filenames containing a "&", encodeURI encodes it too, which should not happen at this point.

Add WebSocket for Volume, Playback Process and Song changed Event.

1. Volume and Playback Seek set in realtime.
2. When Song gets changed from Gmusicbrowser directly, inform App to reload information about current song.

When Phone is sleeping, setTimeout call is delayed for the time Phone has been in sleep mode.
Solution: WebSocket tells App when to reload Information -> Song is finished or has been changed by Gmusicbrowser
