opp-federalist's Issues

Organize the Project Wiki

We need to create one page in the WIKI for every site in OPP that is moving to Federalist.
https://github.com/GSA/opp-federalist/wiki

This page is a wonderful start, but it needs to be broken up into separate pages:
https://github.com/GSA/opp-federalist/wiki/GSA-Sites-moving-to-Federalist

Each site will need to have the following data associated with it:

  • Title
  • Description
  • Product Owner(s)
  • GitHub Repo
  • Federalist Admin URL
  • Federalist PROD URL
  • Federalist DEMO URL

If we do not know the information yet for each site then we can at least leave it empty and fill it out in our Tuesday sessions.

OPP2Federalist November Working Session!

We decided on 10/3 that it would be nice to have a workday in early November for OPP Sites clients to start to migrate content to Federalist.

Here are the Minimal things I think we need to have for a successful work day---

  • OPP Properties on federalist or at least some staging site to move them to
  • Everyone has a GH/federalist account (@jz is addressing this)
  • Sites transfer plugin ready to go (that's on Sites team)
  • Potentially a Site friendly theme ready to go (something to discuss)
  • Image approach at least thought about (how is DG moving images?)
  • Lots of people able to attend (what day works best for folks)
  • Some basically CSS built out? (Work day may identify WHAT needs to be built out)
  • Extra developers on hand? (dependent on funding/agreement timing)
