A small webapp that shows a question (supplied by an API) everytime the user loads up the webpage. The user is able to filter the questions shown by category or difficulty level.

This project is based on a capstone project from Udemy's "The Complete 2023 Web Developer Bootcamp", created by the App Brewery team.

Created using ExpressJS, EJS & Bootstrap.

The questions are supplied from Open Trivia Database's API.

Installation

Make sure you have NodeJS installed. Instructions on how to install on Node's downloads page.

Next, clone the project onto your computer:

git clone https://github.com/GSAprod/web-dev-exercise-quiz-questions

To install the project's dependencies, run this command in the project's root directory:

npm install

Then start the server by running the following command:

npm run dev

The webapp will now be running on localhost:3000.
