The final whale protocol should implement these commands:
-register - DONE
-ping
-store
-send
-unregister
-ack
-dis

We need a way to configure the waliness of a whale. Waliness includes disk usage, network usage and network data usage.
The whale should expose slots to affect the configuration, but the file should be edited manually for dedicated whales.

PGP encryption should be used between individual whales.
I've already got some work done on this, but messages aren't encrypted yet.

Exceptions should provide descriptions of what happened

Send and receive should be made into easy to use slots and signals for usage as an API in akai applications.
We also need to make a lib version of the whale so it can be included in akai applications easily (while still maintaining the standalone whale).

Whales should store recent messages sent using the "send" method so that akai applications can view history on different devices for the same user.
"fast_send" should be used when sending data that should not be stored.

Whales should automatically generate a new key of none is specified.
