Soldering is divided into through-hole mounting version and surface mounting (SMD) version so that the soldering difficulty can be selected.

Why are non 'reviung layout' boards in the reviung repo?

Most would consider a reviung to have the signature rev39/41 stagger, key positions, etc. Yet, you have boards in this repo that do not fit the 'reviung layout'. I propose moving the outliers to a new repo under your account, or just renamed in this repo.

Love your boards btw, it just gets confusing

Acrylic Upper Mid Plate Is Missing Space For Switch Teeth

The sandwiched upper mid acrylic plate contains no space in the 14x14mm switch holes for the switch panel mount teeth to grip onto the FR4 top plate. So the switches may fall out, especially when removing keycaps.

I've hacked together an STL with some cutouts (shown below) which has enabled me to print my own upper mid plate, but sadly I don't have Illustrator, so can't submit a PR to correct the issue at source.

I'd like to suggest that something like the cutouts shown below is applied to the Reviung upper mid plate, so that the switches can grip the FR4 correctly.

I was not able to find the library that you are using for your footprints and symbols. I think it is similar to https://github.com/foostan/kbd

Are you able to post a kicad library with the footprints and symbols that you are using?
Either as a repository, a directory here, or a submodule to another git repository?

OLED

Any chance of getting a version of the pcb that adds an oled to the Reviung41 ala the Corne? The schematic looks like it has the right pins free on the MCU .. but my non-existent KiCAD skills are not up to the task of adding the header and re-routing the board ...

Reviung 53 - stacked acrylic case

Hi, I would like to print my self the acrylic plate, but after checking the reviung53_2mm_450x300_ver1.1.svg file, I have a question about whether it is already in the correct size width, and height? and I still need to print the top plate and the bottom plate but can't figure out which size should I follow for printing the acrylic, I realize the bottom plate have these notes on the pdf W:262.05mm H:114.413mm and the top plate from Gerber file have a different trailing number tho but basically the same 262x114

Bom and pos for Reviung34

Could you, or someone else who sees this, do bom and position lists for the Reviung34. Was hoping to do assembly service when ordering some PCBs.

If possible and within your reach, it would be great to have reviung34 pcb with hotswap.
