Post, which should appear on the front-page should be attached to a category (e.g. "Home"), to have more control on what's beeing shown there.

On small Screens the Social Navigatio in the Header is hidden. Therefore it should be repeated in the Footer.

Pages and Posts should use the same Custom-Fields (e.g. Material).

The Shariff Plugin is used to render the sharing Icons. Currently there is no theme support for this.
