Spotify Integration

Current Spotify integration is broken, some maintenance work needs to be done:

• Currently adding a new song returns HTTP 403 due to "Insufficient client scope". Scope is currently set to "playlist-modify-public", need to see what's up with this, could just be the playlist settings since this has worked before but listing it anyway
• Look into longer term authorization, the current setup results in a URL needing to be pasted into a prompt on the virtual machine roughly every 24 hours, this is not sustainable for the future. This also ties into the above, currently the URL being generated for the redirect results in a 403 being returned

Scrape Games on Sale

Per request, add functionality to scraper that allows it to pull games specifically on sale from Steam. To narrow it down to fit the limited number of games the bot returns, when searching for games on sale see if specific categories can be selected - such as action, rpg, etc. Can also look into having the bot return more than 10 games for this specific search.
