pyisaac's Issues

Unable to build wheel

Hey, I know this library is a decade old, but I have a project I am tinkering with that needs ISAAC CSPRNG and for the life of me I cant figure out how to get this to install. The library isnt on PyPi anymore so I cant get it via pip and I don't know C or C python wrappers at all really so I am unsure how to fix this compared to something that is pure python.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help on it as I would really like to get this running.

Seeding routine and second call to isaac()

The first step in the Use section says to do this:

pip install pyisaac

I checked Google to figure out what pip is, and successfully installed it, but it of course just says it couldn't find any packages named pyisaac:

Could not find any downloads that satisfy the requirement pyisaac
Cleaning up...
No distributions at all found for pyisaac

It didn't seem to matter which directory I cd'd into. Are these directions accurate?
