一.config.properties配置文件说明
1.DCM_SERVER_URL : 是监听本地服务ip,即本机在局域网中的ip。如：192.169.177.136 不可以为localhost或127.0.0.1
2.DCM_SERVER_PORT : 是监听本地服务端口。如：10400(与设备发送dicom软件sendData端口一致)
3.DEFAULT_STORAGE_DIRECTORY : 是服务接收到dicom文件后保存的位置。如: /opt/dcm/
