Add a function to the Cursive type called clear_all_callbacks() that removes all of the callbacks tied to the cursive instance, and then calls reset_default_callbacks() on itself.

Ah indeed we're missing a function to remove all callbacks, not just these tied to an event. Will add that.
EDIT: Latest commit should bring Cursive::clear_all_global_callbacks().

Also possible to add a set_pre_event or set_post_event to views so similar behavior can be achieved

Views can already set pre/post events using a OnEventView ("post-event" is just set_on_event).
