README idea

I would recommend using a virtual environment. Be it the default python3 -m venv <env name>, virtualenv or pipenv(not my recommendation)

Install modules via a requirements.txt file

Looking at this line:

class InstallModule:
    @classmethod
    def installPackages(cls, package):
        print("Installing {}".format(package))
        os.system('pip3 install {}'.format(package))
        os.system('clear')

Might it be better to include the modules needed in a requirements file?
