Sync Chapters table in Airtable with the Chapters table in the Chapters base

In order to have a single source of truth for chapters in H4I airtable projects, we should get chapter info from the Chapters base. Currently we get the info from the chapters table in the Feedback Survey Automation base.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Change dev environment to sync chapters table info with chapters base
  2. Check to make sure all shared fields still work.
  3. Make any code changes needed to pull info from airtable api(if any)
  4. Confirm all chapter-related functions work, script works as intended.
