Starting fails likely because of port conflict

After completing the setup steps and trying to start the app by running yarn dev I get an error in the console:

yarn dev
yarn run v1.10.1
$ concurrently --kill-others-on-fail "yarn server" "yarn client"
$ cd client && yarn start
$ nodemon server.js

$ node scripts/start.js

and when opening the address in browser the output is:

Cannot GET /

I am suspicious it's because the client and server tries to both bind 3000.
Am I starting this incorrectly perhaps? Thanks in advance!
