I think this is the final version, in this case we're using the checkbox to track the progress of an Submission. When all the check box will checked than it would show 100% on the issue page.

I decided to create some Format and Submission Labels so that it can be easy to track what's been approved or not and the datasets that more transformation work related to them.

We could certainly add a tag in the future for dataset associated to QARTOD flag or near real-time.

If you don't have any problems with this final format, I'll start adding the datasets I'm working on here!

Oh and I'd like to mention that by default the title would be "Dataset Submission: Dataset_id"

Also only people with writing access and above can check the boxes in the issues. Anyone can comment and write though
