reference注解能否在starter里边兼容一下spring的spel表达式解析
由于在dubbo调用时，reference注解的params需要传入参数（不同的环境，参数不同），使用到了spring spel表达式、还有通过yml获取配置的值，目前starter不支持

经常会出现的一个错
服务调用者启动的时候经常会出现这样的错误，再重启一次又好了，不知道啥情况，但是线上没出现过，不知道啥情况，另外，想问一下，api module 下面应该不需要配置 dubbo相关的设置吧，只设置provider（提供者）和调用者吧
