see ui interfaces by Dmitry and other debugger interfaces (gdb, cdb, etc.)

Debugger's kernel needs pdb symbols of windows kernel and We should have
support pdb symbols.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try making Clean and then Build (both Debug and Release)

We receive lots of linker errors

Review old UI code
Describe new Qt UI concepts

Problem with linking. Parser class static compiled into "dbgapi" and there
is problem with "test" compilation.

We should have thunks for some functions (you can look at it when you try
compile tracer) at tracer or kernel side.
