Allow loading of in-app content

This can improve the user experience, reduce bandwidth usage, and increase security.

Possible implementations

• Electron: webContents.loadFile
• Android: WebViewAssetLoader
• iOS: -

Bridge cannot send stringified objects

Normal strings work fine, JavaScript objects can also be sent over the bridge without any issues, but an error is thrown when trying to send a stringified object.

Upgrade to CapacitorJS v5

Take advantage of new CapacitorJS enhancements such as gradle 8, Java 17, and the Android 13 target (which is required for new apps starting August 2023).
