oops sounds like i built it with optimised compiler flags, not generic x86_64. will prepare a new package later.
out of curiosity, which cpu is this that it's not compatible?

i just uploaded a new appimage that should only use generic x86-64 instructions here
let me know if that works now.

Admittedly pretty old!

The new nightly did fix the startup issue, but unfortunately my GPU is also quite old (too old to use Vulkan). I'll definitely try vkdt again when I upgrade my computer.

Actually, it looks like it should support Vulkan 1.2, so I'll have to make sure I have installed whatever I need for that.
