cmake error when building on NixOS: The source dir /build/source doesn't have CMakeLists.txt about vkdt

right. i'm not using cmake. to build a package you should probably:

• make sure the flags in bin/config.mk.defaults are not platform/arch specific and if needed overwrite in bin/config.mk
• call make && make install from the top level directory

(there is some remaining cmake in the rawspeed subdirectory, which is called from the main makefile.. i would at this point probably prefer a separate package for rawspeed though..)
