Log-Dispatch-Atom version 0.03

This module extends Log::Dispatch to allow logging to an Atom feed.
That feed can then be picked up by a feed reader program.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Build.PL
    ./Build
    ./Build test
    ./Build install

* XML::Atom 0.15 or later
* Log::Dispatch (any version)
