How do I solve this

What do I do? I tried startx and connecting to vnc on port 6000 but it just doesn't find it.

I have rooted, custom rom Samsug S3 GT-i9300. It's an arm type cpu.

I installed it properly and when execute it by 'beef' command then it doesn't works!
