Not able to install certificate

As i open the DirtyJit App and open the instructions i see that a new certificate is meant to be installed but as i click on install i see that it’s downloading a file instead

Can't install profile

Tapping install profile downloads a file that doesn't prompt me to install profile

crashes immediately

i’m on ios 15.1.1 on a iphone 13 jailbroken with dopamine and i can’t even make it to the instructions, it crashes immediately using this ipa and the cowabunga
