• Should notify Google Chat thru the webhook provided inside the script or an environment variable.
• Should specify which droplets are snapshotted or not.

It instead remove the last snapshot from returned json array instead of newest one.

This is due to it doesn't check date field or anything, but take advantage of returned and sorted snapshots array from API. But currently it assumes the returned array is sorted with newest first to oldest. But it's not the case.
