sweet-ipfs's Issues

"arm" & "x86" libraries

Hi,

I made a fork from your repo months ago and I was wondering how the arm and x86 libraries were generated?

Best regards.

IPFS logs

Is there anyway we can get IPFS logs. I think it would be useful to have logs, while working with IPFS.

arm64 binary missing?

There appears to be no binary for armd64. I just get "file not found" when I try to start the daemon.

FileNotFoundException: arm64

important functions! needed!

Hello! Very interesting app!

For example, we still need the functions such as:

IPFS pubsub
is started via startup flag "ipfs daemon --enable-pubsub-experiment"

and also
IPNS pubsub
startup flag "ipfs daemon --enable-namesys-pubsub"

Then we need a button to close Ipfs completely and the pruge button should be a bit hidden because I have now deleted my config and swarm.key three times! (was better with the previous version!)

I am testing the new version with my Samsung Note 10+ and battery consumption quite fine, it could always be better! I use it via LTE (dyndns service for IP) and WLAN (static IP)!
I copied my config and swarm.key (private network) into the config-path! It works great, only the above functions are missing for pubsub!

I hope you can build the functions one more!
The terminal function from the previous version was very, very cool, but no longer available in the new version! very bad! very bad! You could use all functions of ipfs if you were switched on via startup flag!

If you need more ideas for this app (e.g. a dyndns service function for LTE there are no static IPs, then you can connect the dyn IP to the domain! Would be very cool), then contact me!

Sweet IPFS from Google play crashes on startup

Application starts but crashed when rocket is clicked. Giving 2 "Unfortunately sweet ipfs has crashed" messages.

using the build from Google play
Android version 6.0.1
Init settings are blank
Start settings are: --enable-pubsub-experiment --enable-namesys-pubsub

Private Network via a Swarm.key file

Hi! Is this the official support platform for Sweet IPFS? It's a great app and I love it.

I love the app. I was wondering where on the roadmap "private networks via a swarm.key file" is as a feature? I would love this app so much more if it was supported.

Cannot add file or text

Android 7 on Galaxy S6. Using v0.2.4 from Google Play. Each time I use the app menus to add text or add a file, the app crashes and restarts.

F-Droid

Would it be possible to add this app to F-Droid?

App closes on start

Hi,

when I open the App, it closed.
I would expect that it says something and explains how to use it.
Is that expected behavior? Would you like more information?
I do not know if I reported this before.

Stop Button Is Hard To Find

My Android 9 hides buttons when showing status notifications.
At first I was terminating the app via Android settings then I discovered I can reveal buttons on the status.
Please, consider adding stop or exit button to the menu of the app.
'Exit' better describes what's actually going on than 'stop' currently.

Crash on start

I installed Sweet IPFS from F-Droid but if I try to launch the app, it immediately crashes. How can I debug this?
I have a OnePlus X (32 bit processor) running LineageOS, Android 7.1.2.

Let us configure the node before booting it

If you enter invalid arguments, the node won't start and the app won't let you edit them.

I was trying to set it up with the badgerds experiment, but I missed something and now I have to clear the data of the app to use it again.

🚧 0.3 goals 🚧

  • Use TravisCI for building
  • Remove unused functions, write less code
  • Launch custom version of ipfs-webui
  • Publish on other stores than Google Play
