Update frequency checker
Change the frequency checks within some methods from 99998 to 199.998 to comply with the latest VATSIM data structure
Promise incorrectly handled
The promise wrapping the request to the VATSIM servers is not resolved correctly causing the whole handler to break
VATSIM data files changed structure
The VATSIM data json files have changed their structure completely, an update of the handler will be required
Check for update in every method
The module should check to see if an update is required when any method is called
