I don't see any tests at the moment, are there plans to implementing them?

Also is there any plan to add coding standard checks? If so I could help setting up GrumPHP for the project.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something but when I run:

composer require hctom/drubo --sort-packages

I get:

  Could not find package hctom/drubo at any version for your minimum-stability (dev). Check the package spelling or your minimum-stability  

And indeed https://packagist.org/hctom/drubo gives a 404, isn't it the package available on Packagist?

At the moment users are forced to follow Drubo's conventions about how to name configuration file and where such configuration should be stored.

It could hep adoption to allow them to be configurable. If is interesting for you I could give it a try.
